Mappings (subtransformations) don't crosslink to called transformation #32

run kettle cookbook on transformation with subtransformation. In the diagram, 
click the subtransformation. it crosslinks to the description inside the 
current transformation, not to the transformation itself.

Correction - it's fixed in r61, not r62
