libext doesn't exist in PDI5, so Cookbook doesn't work #65

Try running the sample in PDI5, you will get NPEs

This can be fixed by opening process-files.ktr and changing:
Directory: from ./libext to ./lib
Wildcard: from saxon.*\.jar to saxon-\d.*\.jar
