Add support for future tasks #16

I have added support for future task (https://github.com/ginatrapani/todo.txt-cli/wiki/Todo.sh-Add-on-Directory#future-tasks).

This includes:

Adding a threshold date (t:XXXX-XX-XX; bound to f)
Font focking for threshold dates (and due dates)
Toggle the visibility of task with a threshold date in the future (bound to F)
