Very nice implementation of todotxt. Thanks

Would be convienient if "todotxt-tag-item" would also take into account the tags in the done file. Because, my todo file can be empty (I would like to) and in this case "todotxt-tag-item" doesn't propose me any completion.

Would also be useful if it was possible to define the name and location of the done file.
