Add NDDL editor with syntax highlighting to Eclipse plugin. Leave the
outline support out for now (until AST from the new parser is available).

Actually, both the editor and the outline view work. Error markers are hooked 
up as
well (the error messages are not always very informative, but this is a parser 
issue)
