Show constraint violations in JavaUI #111

If there are violated constraints, it would be good to:

1. List them in a view (Spife has a PlanAdvisor view), in some organized 
fashion.
2. Give user-friendly descriptions of the constraints
3. Ability to link to tokens involved (highlight in Gantt, show in details view 
(see issue 109), othe?).

Note that I (Tristan) did some work to get EUROPA violations into Spife, so 
there's some existing work we may be able to draw on.
