Show empty objects in GanttView? #117

I currently use GanttView as the main way to visualize the plan database while 
model developing.  This morning I ran into a case where it looked like an 
object wasn't being created, but the issue was really that it had no tokens in 
the horizon.

I wonder if it makes sense to include an empty layer in the gantt chart for 
empty objects, rather than only showing objects that include tokens.  I suppose 
it might be even cooler to be able to configure that, although I'm not sure 
there's a need to hide the empty ones.
