Documentation of "ANT_HOME" inconsistent #121

It appears the current repository doesn't include what is expected under 
$PLASMA_HOME/ext/ant.

On the build page:

http://code.google.com/p/europa-pso/wiki/BuildingEuropa

We have both this (setting environment variable):

export ANT_HOME=$PLASMA_HOME/ext/ant

and this (step for debugging build):

$ANT_HOME/bin/ant print-env > tmp.txt

However, the above $ANT_HOME has no bin directory in it - it only has a single 
jar file and nothing else.

What is supposed to be in that directory?

It looks like someone has addressed this, since there isn't any text about 
setting ANT_HOME on the linked page.
