Drop old Java UI components #144

We only want to have one version of the Swing Java UI components.
This task entails at least:

  * Make sure new swing components are completely decoupled from eclipse
  * Make sure new swing components don't lose some of the architectural elements supported by the old ones
  * Upgrade europa examples and automated build to use new components instead of old ones.
