Output of Examples should be included in tests #15

The RUN results from the various Examples now run during the tests should
be compared with saved results so that we know behavior isn't changing.

Do we have any similar tests set up and going somewhere (ie checking
current results against old ones)?

See also #14, whose solution might solve this too.  Note that examples are
already run when testing, it's just that results aren't considered.

Jason got this to work on unix family. Now that we support windows through 
Visual Studio, we need to make it work there, create issue 96 for that.
