Add current flaws to Solver Dialog, improve layout #52

Solver Dialog currently displays only Flaw history, it should also display
current flaws on a separate panel. also, history is currently displayed in
a different MDI child, this should probably be brought back into the same
MDI child and made detachable/collapsable. let's discuss design briefly
before tackling.
