Leth hometown repair issue

When crossing repair runs it tries to give items to someone in the safe_room and gets stuck there. I believe previous it tried to give items to someone in the bank as well one time. Not sure if this log is helpful or not. Let me know if you have any questions.

Leth Deriel does not have repairers defined. If you can get me the names and room IDs of the metal and leather repairers, I can add them.

upon further investigation and checking Ilaya Taipa, the crossing repair people look like they would be the closest.
