Update Request for sell-loot.lic #4139

With the recent change:

Estate holders can now sell gems and furs at night in Fang Cove.

Would it be possible to put in the option to override where you sell gems and furs.

Similar to force_healer_town for safe-room.lic

Reasons I believe this change is useful:

  1. More coin for gems / skins from fang cove Vendors.
  2. If I set hometown: Fang Cove other scripts will not work properly, IE Athletics and Work-Orders blacksmithing. I am sure there are others that potentially have issues.

I think using the same method as force_healer_town would be the quickest fix.
