I think the problem is that combat-trainer resets expired flags of offensive spells after a mob dies (around line 500). I'll investigate, but @rcuhljr is more familiar with this part of the code than I am.

That change seemed to work for Torgro (using Electrostatic Eddy). I've asked Gabs to retest when she's on later today (with Hydra Hex). Leaving the issue open until 1) she confirms and 2) @rcuhljr has a chance to review the change.

This behavior was partially to keep cyclic debils training debil since they'll stop training after 5 minutes or so I believe. This can probably be better handled with recast-every now.
