Request Description
A settings component and a button on the navbar component to go with it. Clicking the button should dim the content of the current screen and then place the settings component in the middle of the screen. The main option for the settings component would be toggling between light and dark mode for now, but that is for a different issue.

The default theme of the website is dark mode whereas it should be light mode with the option to change to dark mode.
