Edit Member is full of Date FMT errors #52

If you look in the console after submitting changes to edit a member there are tons of angular date format errors. These probably are also a part of our dating issues.

It's come to my attention that these are caused by us converting the dates to strings before we send them off which causes issues with the datepickers
