Analysis #15

Open apbonilauri opened 12 years ago

Ricardo, created the vectors, ran the analysis and created this spreadsheet (http://goo.gl/BwkKb).

Please, send me the next instructions.

Thanks.

not yet. for example, see the following line:

olecranon_day1 <- c(rt1speccoltd1, rt1specschatd1) #Ana, please add the variables that constitute all raters for day one

it asks you to add all variables that have d1, but you onlly have two. you need to add all the ones that have d1, like rt3nonspecmayd1, rt3nonspecaod1, etc. actually half of them will have d1.

then repeat for d30, then for sp, then nsp, and so on.

one side comment: please assign the issue to a person. i assigned it to you now. please see the end of the video if you don't know what that means

Ricardo, it was done like you said. Actually, I think it was not synchronized. Please, could you check again?

rpietro commented 12 years ago

Ana, maybe you might have changed the name of the directory, which will disconnect yours from mine. can you send me your R script by email?

perfect! next steps: put everything into the manuscript and then write up a rough draft. once you have it all in there in text and tables, then let's think about the best way to represent it all with plots. please create a new issue for me (formally assign it to me, the video will show you how to do this) once you are done writing a first draft so that we can start working on the plots

also, please repeat the steps in the video to recover your connected gdrive, i just replaced the script of the file there with the one you sent me

Ricardo, just one question:What you mean with "put everything into the manuscript"? Is to create all tables and write the results section?

The residents should define which comparisons make sense? When do you think would be clearer for them to define these clinical questions? After creating these tables?

Thanks.

rpietro commented 12 years ago

i would add them all. and yes, i meant putting together a rough draft so that we can then make decisions in relation to plots. great job!

Ricardo, I added as you suggested.

Please take a look if the things I've added are correct.

outstanding! next steps:

  1. please flesh out the whole manuscript
  2. i will get back to you soon with some code and ideas on how we might be able to plot this

Ok.

About completing the whole manuscript I depend on the effort of the residents. So... I've just sent them an email asking to do that.
