please format data to make sure it reads like data set above. since you have different raters, levels of expertise (specialist, non-specialist), time (day 1, day 30), and classification (AO, colton, etc), your columns or variables would look like this: rater1SpDay1AO, rater3NspDay30Colton, ... the code for rating. see example below:
