Header wave image blinks when fading in #30

When switching from a "plain-layout" page to a "wave-layout" page, the wave at the top of the page briefly blinks.

Caused by ced5e8c162388c6c95dc0b2dc64df6966d159ace.

This is caused by the static canvas generation for some reason. Fixing rpitv/glimpse#26 will also fix this.
