"More" dropdown in navbar can't be opened/navigated with keyboard

• The "More" dropdown doesn't appear to work with a keyboard.
• By switching it's trigger mechanism from hover to click, it's possible to open the menu, but you can't select individual items.
• This probably needs to be fixed in TuSimple/naive-ui.

Updating to Vuetify may resolve this entirely
