Ad playout should be done from within Glimpse graphics itself instead of having to play them out of another source such as vMix.

This allows us multiple nice features:

Automatic ad shuffling
Playout algorithm to automatically only play enough ads that we have time for in a given break
Fade in/out (vMix has this feature but it appears broken)
Using Daktronics RTD data to gauge potential ad breaks and their timings

Work has already started in the ads branch.
