American Football specialty features

Toggles are available for American Football's special features, however they are not yet implemented. These include:

• Downs
• Yards to go
• Possession
• Play clock

Note that some of these features are likely useful in other sports as well.

Note: Yards to go doesn't always update. Cause: Daktronics controller operator doesn't input it in. Otherwise features are implemented.
