Add a graphic for time until next period/half countdown.

[ ] uses same daktronics clock as the main clock
[ ] only enables when lower third scoreboard is up
[ ] x&y location can be customized on non-espn style
[ ] espn style can be above locator
[ ] select/typeable half/period label text
