ryzen 1700 + mmpos #23

Hello, using mmpos linux distro, cpuminer-opt-rplant version 5.0.21 CPU: Ryzen 1700 Algo: Ghostrider

the issue was --threads 16 parameter, removing it or setting less than 16 solves issue. However I guess it should work with 16 threads
