Support EPYC dual socket processors for Win10 release? #42

Hi, is there a support for dual socket CPU? Like AMD Epyc 7244 for this miner? (For the windows release that is) I always seem to be at 50% max load. (Not taking into account my other CPU processor on a different socket) I tried the CPU affinity to 0x3, no change. On the Linux distrib, I don't set any parameter and detect my 128 cores right away.

Working fine with dual socket with Linux Mint x64 distro.
