4.18.1: after upgrade dnf is much slower #2015

I\ve noticed as well printing warnings like

warning: Unable to get systemd shutdown inhibition lock: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy block ed the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

Hello, it looks very similar to this issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1372925 and might not be related to dnf at all.

The associated bug was closed as it seemed to be due to intermittent infrastructure problems. I am closing this one as well. If you continue to experience any issues, please feel free to reopen this or create a new one.
