[feature request] add builddep support #82

One good use of microdnf is replacing dnf while doing a major python upgrade (e.g. 3.8 -> 3.9) that breaks normal dnf until its dependencies are rebuilt -- but right now, microdnf is lacking builddep (quite useful for build scripts...).

Adding builddep would make microdnf make a lot more useful in that context.
