On a fully updated Fedora 38 system with mock-5.0-1.fc38.noarch, isolation with systemd-nspawn is failing intermittently.
The error is unpredictable and can sometimes be fixed with running the build with --isolation=simple then running again with --isolation=nspawn. If the chroot is scrubbed, then the error will reoccur.
Seemingly: if bootstrap is built with --isolation=simple then the build with nspawn will work.
