We need to add here:

• [x] https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/1546
  • [x] Compare extras as lowercase
• [x] the flag from Do not generate setuptools requirement for console_scripts on Python 3.10+

Once we do all this, we should see the diff bring in or rationalize all the differences.
