@DimStar77 is this still correct and should it be auto replaced with the capitalised forms? See the discussion on the PR in format_spec_file above.

AND/OR are indeed supposed to be capitalised - as for auto-replacing: we should be sure that at least SLE12SPx and Leap have a recent enough rpmlint too then, or they will fail
