Add missing package groups under Development/Languages: Go, Lua, NodeJS and OCaml #317

It seems like the list of allowed packages groups is outdated with respect to openSUSE:Package_group_guidelines. I'm missing the following ones:

Development/Languages/Go
Development/Languages/Lua
Development/Languages/NodeJS
Development/Languages/OCaml

Closing this issue, it seems like the Groups: tag should not be required anymore in Tumbleweed (although it is still required by SLE and Leap). See the MR for more info (#318).
