Fix the dino installation.

There is already a discussion about to have this component fixed: https://github.com/rpmfusion-infra/fedy/pull/14

I think it's better to keep dnf config-manager --add-repo with an URL (using $releasever). Also I see not much value having the repository name to contain $releasever

It looks like dino is in fedora. Fixed as appropriate in fedy 5.0.2 Thx for the report.
