Well, I don't see the point to add components that are already available in fedora/rpmfusion

The main benefit of fedy is to access components outside of the distribution or to ease the installation of well known/common softwares for end-users (nvidia).

So if you start to add any cmdline tools that do not appear in gnome-software (because they are missing appdata files) but are already available in dnfdragora or dnf, that will duplicate the work and will be hard to maintain.
