Please describe why this package is not eligible for Fedora ? Possibly legal isues

Is this software redistributable ? Yes

Is this software an alternate version of a Fedora provided package ? No, but it could be found in COPR (https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/sergiomb/akmod-rtl8821ce/), however, the rpmfusion would be better.

all rtl8821ce should now work with kernel vanilla , that is why we never add rtl8821ce to RPMFusion we fixed the problems in Kernel vanilla

if you want use kernel module from kernel.org and just remove rtl8821ce . Turn off your computer, wait a few seconds (to force firmware reload) and then turn it on again.
