Summary: It's pipewire but with the APTX bluetooth codec enabled. It allows the APTX and APTX-HD codecs to work, both improving audio quality and latency.

Why not in Fedora : Propietary codec
Notes: pulseaudio-module-bluetooth-freeworld exists in RPM fusion, so this should be doable. However, this is essential a package that would replace the official pipewire package (from Fedora)
