Update capabilities list to match current libcap output (fixes #30) #31

This update is not correct. The output format change is like "= cap_net_raw+p" -> "cap_net_raw=p", the leading "= " is not part of the new output and must be removed.

Ah, thanks @thoger. Probably someone who can test a correct PR should submit one, or it'll remain broken.
