UTC Time Zones with locations

Hi rpodcast,

I went through the Wikipedia page on UTC codes (shown on Twitch Stream) for time zones, and made a CSV file for it.

• North America UTC codes have a 3rd column for Time Zones, which may cause some issues when pulling from this column that is mostly empty except for the 6 rows
• Most locations listed are limited to 3 or so for brevity and indicate primary locations listed in the Wikipedia page
• locations with underscore: like Iran_Tehran are meant to keep country and city together

This is awesome! I was looking into trying to scrape this but I can easily throw this csv into the raw data directory of the app and see how to merge it with the existing time zone list.
