Current time dashed line uses user time not selected time zone #20

if I don't change the time zone. it's using my local time zone for the "current time dashed line" not the current time in the selected time zone

My expected behavior is the dashed line be the current time at whatever timezone is selected. so I don't see that a stream is happening when it isn't because I didn't change the time zone dropdown.
