Use {cicerone} package (install GitHub version)

This does not look like an easy task. There are only a couple of examples of using cicerone with modules (see this issue) and thus far no examples of using the package with {golem}. Once I get more familiar with how the package works, I need to create a minimal golem app that demonstrates the issue.
