@jenniferyee What do you think about this extension of MulensData API?

I've implemented a change to ex16 here: 053ac6f. Now one can call ulens_model_fit.py and provide parameters of uncertainty scaling. I'm sorry, I've forgotten to comment here immediately.

Any more changes are requested or there are any other comments on it?
