When attempting to generate a hierarchically clustered TSS heatmap (via correlation_plot = "hierarchical"), I get the following error:
Error: Can't find columnpositionin.data.
Error: Can't find column
in
.
Looks like the "position" column might be a holdover from an older version of this function?
