Can't VDI snapshot when using rbd mode (kernel) #18

XenServer <=7 kernel is too old, so only image-format 1 can be used. As a consequence snap protection fails: it needs layering feature.

fixed using format 2 and appropriate features limit in ceph config: 51ff2c16c391b8843b1d550f0d63b0ab26e6cd5d
