unplug pbd with 2 pools not working #69

When unplugging a pool if there is a concurrent pool mapped, it results in: xe pbd-unplug uuid=00dcc962-7d16-2668-e28c-5ef91bfba9a2

Error code: SR_BACKEND_FAILURE_202
Error parameters: , General backend error [opterr=Command ['rmmod', 'nbd'] failed (rmmod: ERROR: Module nbd is in use): Operation not permitted],
