[Idea] Create a canvas app for the creation of Leads and Accounts

The V1 of the solution allow us to manage Leads and Opportunities directly from Teams. If we want to manage all the considered scope in the V1 directly from Teams, a canvas app could help us.

Imagine the use case:

1. I open the canvas app as a tab in the Prospection channel (missing piece in Teams)
2. I create a new Lead without an existing Parent Account
3. A tab is automatically created in the Prospection channel
4. I work on my Lead, then click on Qualify when I am ready
5. The channel for the Account will be automatically created, the tab moved their and linked to the Opportunity
6. When I close the Opportunity, the tab will be automatically deleted
