issues in decoding data

Hi everybody, i am targeting a device that operates at 869.4Mhz, bandwidth 8, Spreading Factor 8. I am trying to decode LoRa data and I am receiving (this only happens when using 869.5 instead) just incomplete parts. I am attaching the graph. Please help ?
