Removing useless SWIG in GR3.9, restoring Copyrights + AUTHORS #148

Final commit, but this one is much like an esthetic one that removes SWIG old dependencies, restore the Copyright to rpp0 instead of "author", adding my name to the AUTHORS as gently suggested :)

This porting will be also very easy to port to GR3.10 I think. If someone as an idea of a better way with pybind11 to pass enum parameters that I did => I'm opened to that :)
