What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to use namecheap to register a new domain name
2. prompts error on admin page upon attempting to register the domain name
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
this should use the set API to register a new domain with namecheap using the 
WHMCS module

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WHMCS 5.2.7
