swarm or docker only? #44

Hi,

Can this template monitor docker swarm or only standalone docker?

At the time it was written, I was only focused on Docker standalone. I haven’t personally worked with Swarm. That’s a great idea though! Kubernetes could probably get some love too. Containers have certainly innovated. Sadly, I don’t have much time to even keep up with maintenance.
