Description Panel Integration #3

Description Panel of LAITS is different from that of AMT. So the old code needs to be Integrated along with the GUI.

Deleting the V2 Description Panel and Adding laitsnew's Description Panel (Delete Node has to be checked)

Needs to Add graph.DecisionTreeNode and gui.MessageDialog

Action - Removing Task reading and creating an empty Structure for a new Task

Removed initScoreList() from GraphCanvas.java
