Handling of event traffic vs non-event traffic without assigned departure slot #136

Hello.

For our yearly upcomming fly and see santa event, we have a booking system in place and pilots with a booked slot is to be prioritized. The issue we come to is that the SLOT they get assigned is an arrival slot, not a departure slot. (so they can choose where to depart from since pilots come from all over Europe)

Is there any tips regarding how we can handle this with CDM for traffic departing airports within our FIR? We will get both event and non-event traffic where we have one heavy MDI restriction for non-event traffic but booked event traffic gets to go when they are ready (no MDI for them, only TSAT to queue them with other departing traffic).

We will have the CID (and I believe callsigns) of those that have booked on beforehand.

Hope this made sense. - If there is no good way of handling it via CDM, then we will just revert to our old system using spreadsheets :)

Hi @Adrian2k,

First of all, apologies for the delay.

Unfortunately with latests versions of this CDM don't check in any step the arrival time, so it would be not possible to create a CTOT based on the arrival SLOT.
